This bug has been in existance since all time and needs to be dealt with it, players have been waiting 10+ years for this to get fixed and it is not acceptable that items fall this far into the world because it causes lag in multiplayer and single player games
and happens when an entity item falls in the mesh to hell.

PROBLEM
example of this today on our server. server tools cleaned up an item up that had falling
[SERVERTOOLS] Entity cleanup removed loot container 'EntityLootContainerBoss_506431' with entity id '506431' @ '(2896.18, -105811.60, -1507.06)'

105811 meters below bedrock, this is ridiculous

SUGGESTION
put a cap on entity items how far they fall to include zombies, players anything that falls in the world

Reproduction Steps
no need to reproduce it happens daily to anyone playing

Essentially, this occurs when an entity or item falls outside the boundaries of the world. In a standard world, the bedrock layer sits at Y-coordinate +3; if an item or entity falls below Y-coordinate -1, it is considered to have fallen out of the world. Consequently, if an excessive number of items or entities fall out in this manner, it triggers an infinite loop of warning messages in the log files. There may also be other underlying logical processes at play, all of which ultimately result in lag and latency for the player.
