Reproduction Steps
Wandering through the snow and came across this.
It happens when zombies are somehow in irregular terrain and squeeze themselves into the blocks.
Sometimes they keep glitching, some other times they can simply pass through.

Yeah, this has been an issue that has just gotten worse with zombies being able to crouch and squeeze through 1 block openings. I've had to break up concrete blocks with a stone axe to finish a clear quest because a crawler was inside the floor of a poi and I had no way to kill it otherwise. Very annoying.
