Saw this text message pop up on screen as I approached one of the borders to the game world. Is this something new? The message popped up and the screen started getting blurry.
 
Are you talking about the soft rebound border? That kind of resembles going into a radiated
zone. If so yes that is a change. I like it compared to some of what was before.

One of the older border versions I liked, but not was the one hundred percent irradiated
zone border, only because animals could go there, and die after I shot them.
