PC Empty Items

I have been opening a lot of stuff from stuff indoors to outdoors even a plain drop only to find them empty.  It just started like 3 days ago and was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue ?

Have you set LootAbundance below 100% ?

When we set it to 90%, we also found a lot of Lootcontainers that were completely empty, instead having less loot than before.

Never knew you can change that Thanks.  It seems it was on 33% some how.
