EAC Kicks me when I dismantle a car

Every time I dismantle a car (like using a wrench to destroy it for items) - I wont be able to loot anything else. Then shortly after that - I am kicked.

What I mean by not being able to loot anything else? I walked up to anything lootable - press e - nothing happens.

Things I have tried...

Uninstalled anti-virus.

Reinstalled AV.

Uninstalled AV. Reinstalled new AV.

Added exceptions to each AV when installed.

Verified Files

Reinstalled the Game

Flush DNS

I dont know what to do at this point.

Edit:

I specifically say its when I destroy a car because thats when I catch it happening. Its possible something else causes it as well but this is a moment I catch it directly happening.

some server do not allow dismantling of cars, but no clue if this can cause a kick.

if it works in an SP game and or another server, i would guess its a server specific thing..
