CHANGE THE DEFAULT BUTTON FOR EXITING THE GYROCOPTER!!!!!

ANYTHING BUT @%$#ING E!!!!!!

OR EVEN MORE SENSIBLE, MAKE IT SO U CANT EXIT THE @%$#ING @%$#ETY @%$# CHOPPER MID AIR!!!!🤬

@%$# @%$# SANTAS ASS ON  A STICK!

 
But dude, dont you know about crafting the Parachute?? 

Its quite costly though. 50 Cloth, 25 Polymere parts and 10 Springs. It also takes a slot in your inventory.

Really?  How old are you?  Poop toliet???  😂

In the real life....have you not seen or read stories of people opening doors while a car is moving?  Heck, that is why the automakers have child safety locks installed on the rear doors of vehicles.

I swapped the keys, changed interact with flashlights / toggle lights.  Now the worst I could do is flash my lights by accident, not exit a moving vehicle.

It would have been better to start this conversation by doing something  like.....

”Hey Fun Pimps.  Is it possible to separate the entering vehicles action from the general interaction command?  This will help to reduce the accidential exiting of vehicles while they are in motion.  Thanks.”

 
Fair suggestion. Ctrl-E would be a bit better. Wouldn't hurt to have E be enter and Ctrl-E be exit for all vehicles. 

Honestly, who hasn't made this mistake? Multiple times. 

Also, please punch out a jetpack and hovercraft. Your Welcome, bye.

Or just change that you can't exit a vehice while it is moving.

Even unwanted things can be good for a game. It would make flying the gyro a bit more difficult (which is good or bad depending on your viewpoint) and be an incentive to build runways for easier take off and landing near your base.

I've never actually liked flying the gyrocopter.  It is way too clunky.  I think I'd rather have a blimp or something similar, slow but steady through the air.

The motorcycle is by far my favorite vehicle.  Not that it matters to this discussion.  :p

 
It seems to me that simply remapping the button yourself would be a good idea. I did that ages ago with the drop command since it was close to the movement keys. It took all of about twenty seconds.

 
I've always thought it would make sense to do double check on exit, but I like the idea of a CTRL-E to exit instead. I hope something like that gets implemented. 

 
 Never use the gyro, the hideous animation is nausea inducing. The motorbike is the only viable choice to go anywhere at any sort of speed, can even climb mountains with care. Would be better to get rid of gyro altogether, at least that animation would be gone. Give us a powered glider or a flight suit/jetpack!

 
I just changed the key binding after falling several times, buying the @%$#zs candy, forgetting the @%$#zs candy, then falling again and dying.

Everything is a process...

Three choices in every life event:

1) Live with it.

2) Change it.

3) Stop it.

The "Live with it" but cry like a baby, is still #1.

Not using caps in this post to appear serious....just, I cant take any more gyrochopper accidents...no more...

Atm I have a @%$# long trek to my lootbag just because I accidentally pressed E button mid air, its the @%$#ing seventh or eight time this week alone...

I just cant take this anymore, its getting to @%$#ing annoying....

Change the mapping for E button in gyrochopper, okey...do it

Put ur best man on it...make him work overtime, weekends...just..

DO IT!
