When I started a Trader Quest at the Don Vittorio Spagetto Residence, the building crumbled along the right side of the house next to the garage. Is this suppose to happen or was that an error?

Unfortunately, this is a bug in 2.5 that can happen to any POI when starting a quest. I've had it happen to a lot of different POI. Hopefully it'll be fixed in 2.6, which should be in experimental pretty soon.

Thank you. It didn't feel right but I did not want to submit a bug report not knowing for sure.
