PC Does the hunter mod work against Z's?

It does not, the Z version of this is the Rad Remover, I think. At least you cannot have the hunter mod and Rad remover on the same weapon.

It works against animals and other players. By the way, it works not only against living animals but also against zombie animals (bear, dog and vulture).

Nope. Rad remover stops radiated zombies (the green ones) from regenerating their health for 90 seconds. I don´t think there is a "does more damage to undead" mod. At least i haven´t seen one yet.

Technically, every weapon mod install gives a damage bonus to all entities.
