PC does mods mess with random gen (alpah 16)

if I type in name of the world as Billion Dollar Club, and use the war of the walkers mod, will the war of the walkers mod change how my world is generated?

Mods can change the world generation. I don’t know if that one does. You may want to ask in the mod thread if there is one here.

WotW uses custom POIs and rwgmixer, so yes, your seed will get a different outcome than in vanilla.
