PC Do you know if the Electrocutioner perk works with the new Alpha 20 pipe baton?

I know the new base weapon pipe baton doesn't shock, but does the Electrocutioner perk at least increase damage like it is supposed to for stun batons? If not, then yet another thing they'll have to fix  before I use it :)

 
I'm guessing since the Stun baton is the most controversial melee weapon that I don't think it's going to stay in its current form.

But I am happy we get a ramshackle version of it.  :D

 
Electrocutioner at least increases tier for it.  Whether or not it effects damage/etc. like it should, I couldn't say (I saw a streamer who wanted to make one, but didn't get the glue for it before the end of their episode.))

 
I saw a streamer using the pipe version of it. It seemed pretty good although it was clearly a starter weapon.

I would imagine that the perk works for it although I'm not sure I would spend points in it due to the lack of punch that the full stun baton has
