PC Do radiated zombies spawn more frequently as you progress in days?

I run a server and for some reason there are a crazy amount of radiated zombies spawning. Do more spawn as the server increases in the number fo days its running?

 
Typically yes... but it's not necessarily the number of days, but players' gamestages. Gamestage is affected by number of days alive.

If I open up the gamestages.xml file I see a breakdown and explanation of the formula (on PC), and how it applied in multiplayer. Basically, it is...

gameStage = ( playerLevel + daysSurvived ) * gameDifficultyMultiplier

And for multiplayer, it's averaged (perhaps only among the top 5 players, but not sure)

the real question is, if a radiated zombie spawns on a PC server, do the people playing on console see it?

Afaik consoleros can't log on an a pc-server. they can only share their game on the console. The inviting hoster acts with his console as a server for max 3 other players...

sounds about right but why are we discussing this in the console section of the forum then?
