Do drones have infinite HP in MP servers?

As far as I know, the durability will just go down to zero and it will drop to the ground.
Since it's an item, I'm not sure you can actually destroy it.
When someone logs off, if they had a drone active it falls to the ground. Any other player owned asset left out like vehicles can be damaged and/or destroyed, but the drone cannot for some strange reason.
Vehicles have hit points, drone has durability like weapons or armors.

Yes, you cannot destroy a drone when someone isn't online.
Are you part of TFP and this is an official answer, or are you just offering your opinion or guess? If it's official, then why can I destroy another player's bicycle, minibike, motorcycle, 4x4, and Gyrocopter, but not their Drone?

No, but I've played a long time and that's how it is. As to why? You'd have to see if TFP gives an answer. Probably because they don't want the drone to be destroyed. It can stop working until you click on it, but it's never destroyed.

U will not find any explanation in most TFP actions cause they defy logic and common sense
In PvP, destroy them when the owner is online. In PvE, just forget about damaging other people's property.
This is precisely why I don't understand the current PvP mode. Everyone tries to destroy your property when you're offline.

You can't destroy junk sledge and turrets either, same reasoning. The drone is part of that line of items.

You already got the answer. Drones are tools and not vehicles. You might as well ask why you can ride in someone else’s bike, motorcycle, jeep, or gyro but not their drone….
As someone already stated, the drone has durability like a tool and not hit points like a vehicle or block. Compare the drone to like things and it will make more sense.
If you want the drone to have hit points like other things in the game do then make the request. They are putting a ton of new options into the game right now and an option for destructible drone could be a good one.
You can definitely destroy turrets, though I've never seen a sledge left out, if that's even possible.

Gotcha, thanks. I think if someone leaves their drone out, I should be able to break the lock and steal it, or at least destroy it, just like I can destroy their turrets or workstations, or put down a LCB and pick them up.
I mean the junk turret, not SMG or shotgun turrets.
I would argue the drone should log off when the player logs off.
