PC Display Glitch

I was decorating my base with gun safes and put some campfires down on a block and when I stand on a specific block and I turn my head the safes and campfires disappear and when I turn back they reappear. It does not happen on wood frames or any permanent building type block and only on one side of the base. Is there some reason that it is doing this?

I am a perfectionist and symmetry is a necessity unfortunately (I hate worrying about symetry but I can not help it it, I guess its some OCD or something) in my base so I had to move things around, so if there is a fix for this or some idea why it does this I would like to know.

it's an old save? this appens some times with saves that comes from previous exp

Yeah it is a region file that I overwrote a few times. Is there a way to fix it?

nothing that i know except starting a new game
