Dishong Tower nolonger Infested?

Dishong Tower (skyscraper_01) is my favorite T5 POI in the game, has been for a long time. Noticed a while back (2.3 maybe, maybe earlier) that it was never coming up in Infested quest lists. Only bothered looking in the editor today, and see now that its Infested flag is turned off.

Any ideas why that would have changed?

Is it possible for a mod to change this value, I'd like to switch it back on on my server.

Don't know why it would have been intentionally changed. Possible that it's a bug.
