I was super excited in B233 to see the traders selling items with various mods in them. I thought it was a huge step towards making it possible to play a no-intelligence-attribute playstyle where you rely on looting and trader for gear.
If you insist on not having modded items in, maybe make mods a bit MORE common at least?
