PC Disappearing Vehicles

I had one disappear in 17.1 right before the update, had the icon on my HUD and it wasn't at bedrock or in the sky either. Also, random vehicle teleporting is a thing too.

 
I wonder if it's still happening in 17.2. My wife and I are playing and are afraid to use the vehicle storage when we go out to loot.

My wife and I just said heck with it and use it anyway at this point. I haven't lost anything while logged in. The only issues I had involved logging out/logging in near multi-player server reboots.

this :) typically vehicle issues happen only when logging out/ reseting servers with them out. I've always used the storage and never lost any items while online.

 
I think this is also associated with dying. Seen at least one youtuber who lost his vehicle after death (one could argue it does reload the map). Although it was in earlier versions. You would have to check out the new update and whether it's on the known issues list. Haven't checked it out myself this deeply.

 
Haven't lost a vehicle in 17.2 although I started taking then into belt a lot. But the jeep that was made by someone else which I can't pickup so far still exists.

 
Well, I parked my bike in the garage and the next time I went to get it, it was on the roof. That's not technically disappearing, but I'm willing to bet it still happens.

 
In multplayer game, We all logged out and with my minibike was next to me (I had just moved off my minibike before disconnecting, and the host disconnected right after).

When we all returned, it was lost, and I ran around for a few minutes. After 5 minutes, I suddenly teleported on my minibike (without seeing it before) !
