Disappearing Crate glitch, Zombies going through floors

I play on a server with three others, we’re on day 35, but recently after hoard night, we realized there was a crate completely missing, and our most important one out of the dozen crates, the components, with our acid, car parts, and thousands of coal, nitrate, springs, and all of those vital parts. We saw that crate before hoard night, but it just vanished. Hoard night did have a slight issue, randomly zombies would phase through the ground, and hit us, but the most random crate, all the way in the corner of our bunker was destroyed. No blocks under it were destroyed, none behind it or on top. The crate just vanished. Fun Pimps please fix this, we didn’t save the game at all, and this was a huge blow to our game and our mood, it was really screwed up and I’m pretty @%$#ed still. Anyone know a way we can roll back the day, because we’d go back man.
