Difficulty Changes more then just health and Damage

It should change more then just zombie health and Damage. I would make it so depending on difficulty 

• Higher/lower chances of getting sick via food. 5% to 50% 

• Faster/slower infection speed

• Harsher/lesser environment effects. Higher effects even in the forests 

• Increase/decrease spawn of zombies types. Basically you can find stronger biomes in easier biomes

• Increase animal spawn difficulty. Even bears in the forest 

• Increase enemies types on horde night. Zombie bears, direwolves, screamers, biome zombies not in that biome.

• Rarer/more common Loot types such as ammo, food , weapon part

• Increase or decrease speed of dew collectors 

• Increase/decrease spawn amount of zombies. From 1 single to a cluster of 5

• Increase/decrease wild horde amount/difficulty 

• Wild screamers spawning in the wild/pois

• Increase/decrease screamers spawn amount 

• Increase/decrease gamestage multiplier

• Increase/decrease zombie spawns at night

• Increase/decrease cost of things from the traders 

• Increase/decrease reward amount

• Increase/decrease Trader stage

 multiplier 

• Increase/decrease ease of stealth
