What differentiate the options difficulty in standart options and rule set?

The rule sets are a group of preset rules for specific styles of play.

You can set the rules like “classic zombies” and then go to options and see exactly what options change from rule set to rule set.

When I played on consoles (both) there was a description with the presets that stated exactly what the difference is. Have they removed that?
