Windows Didn't obtain Mo power Twitch drop

Hello,

Last month i watched twitch streams to receive the Mo power drop (both 1 and 2 hours) and still haven't received the cosmetics.
Yes, i have made sure that my twitch and steam were connected through tfp's drops site.

I've waited for them to arrive, yet still haven't received them.

Also sorry if this may not be in the correct thread/place, this is my first time using a forum in a long while and i couldn't find a contact email to tfp's support.

• Make sure that you've claimed both items on Twitch
• Also make sure that you're on 2.4 b6 or above
• Not that you should need to, but if the drops still don't appear, relaunch the game and make another temporary save

Hi there, sorry to hear that your drop is having issues. Are you running a VPN? Also have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your account? You can try that by going here https://drops.thefunpimps.com It's helped some people. If the problem still persists please let us know. You can also file a ticket with game support here https://community.thefunpimps.com/forums/game-support.17/ and someone there might be able to help you with your issue.
