I noticed this bug in v3.0.0 Stable the 1st time.
 
Reproduction Steps
1) Wait for Dew Collector to produce water, look at it & check the text in ().
2) Open it and check if it's really "(Empty)"

Hey do you have any reproduction steps or sandbox settings on. I am not able to reproduce this it says Honey and Water for me not empty.
 
I wrote reproduction steps. Sometimes it does work as intended and () text fits the contents. But, VERY often it doesn't, so it's a bug. It doesn't help if I stare at the text for longer, waiting for it to refresh or something. :) Here are sandbox options, it's a slightly modified Nomad preset on vanilla dedicated server (CGA).

Okay perhaps this one is sporadic as I was not able to reproduce it with the steps you provided. It looks like we have an internal ticket for something similar so I'll provide them with your experience.
