Character animations? It’s huge in terms of immersion, especially in multiplayer. Currently the game feels like half life 1 when you are watching your friends running around. Currently character models don’t even look up or down and move like robots.

Also if they start adding things like jumping up and grabbing ledges, jumping over walls and new attack moves this paves the way for them.

Also PVP will benefit hugely as we can actually see where enemies are looking.

Out of curiosity what kind of improvements does this produce for us if any?
Game Engine update to Unity 2017
Doesn't always mean an improvement for us but sometimes more for the developer. OFC in general it usually does give use a bit of a bump in performance as well. Just saying sometimes it's more of a QoL improvement for the developers in making their job easier not always for the ppl who are using the end results the developers made it on.

Heh we may not even see that bump either with the stuff they're adding by the time we get it. Any performance increase it may have brought may be used up by those additions.

..But I would also like to know what It 'may' bring to the players as well.

So, I'm assuming we're going to be seeing dungeofied versions of the stores too? (Working stiffs, Shotgun Mesiah,...) I think they should be much more of a challenge to make you earn what you get.

There are test versions of a shamway factory and a shotgun messiah factory in the prefabs folder. They are HUGE factories with multiple levels and jumps. They arent finished and have markers showing where to go to progress. I assume those will be the new norm in A17.

You are indeed unlucky if you scavenge enough there are ample amounts of brass in the game.
"Ample" is a matter of perspective. It's definitely not enough to feed my 12 auto turrets through a horde night.

At this point, you can't smelt dukes for brass, but you can trade them for bullets. Secret stash make hundreds of ammunition available, and with scavenging maxed out (after loot the world, right?) money will not be a problem, making brass useless this late in game. Some garage doors makes more ammunition than all the brass you can get in one city...
Again, that's a matter of perspective. Going through 13 traders each restock isn't enough to keep my 12 auto turrets fed through horde night.

You could ya know not depend on auto turrets... personally i think they should compliment your firepower on horde nights not do all the work for you but that's just my opinion.

Even if i were to wish for one of these it would have to be the forge ones, it would be amazing to have different levels of forges that you could make, maybe it would speed up how fast something smelts based on level of forge.

Wanted: Railing corner block

Please make a railing corner block. Something like the catwalk corner just without the pallet on the bottom so it is just the railing. That way we can put the wood/metal railing around a corner and complete the railing nicely.

Thanks,

Bob...

I’d love to see all of these in too!

working fridges and sinks

Also can we please have working fridge freezers and sinks with fresh drinking water. And can we at least use "some" preexisting houses without POI spawn point zombies? Also stop spawning zombies behind players. It's cheating and it's unfair!

You can put a bedroll inside a POI, once you cleared the sleepers. That prevents them from spawning in again.

There is gonna be more work on food system and yeah , food spoil was an example. This could bring working fridges.

If the turret is on, it will fire, and I can only attack one zombie at a time, and, for that matter, face only one direction. So unless I gimp the auto turrets by limiting their reach, which is their biggest advantage, they'll easily go through a full load in one horde night, and you can't get enough brass and enough bullets from traders to account for that if you have a decent amount of turrets. Mind you, I consider my 12 turrets (actually, 13 -- I forgot one) to be the _minimum_ amount of turrets to properly cover the lines of approach. If I could, I'd go with 20.

Now, to not depending on auto turrets -- not that I depend on them, I'd just like to _use_ them. You can't claim brass is not an issue and then come and say I shouldn't use something that uses brass.

Brass is an issue, because you can't get enough of it to feed auto turrets on horde night.
