Then you will like this option:Blood Moon Range - Sets a random range that blood moons will happen. 0 is off. 3 would mean a blood moon can happen up to 3 days later than normal.
That's amazing. Thanks a lot.

How ya doin, my French friend? I agree with this, as much as I love difficulty Insane is a nope to me.
As usual : on the same wavelength than you ;) Even if I have to admit that survivalist mode made me cry last times :D Need some more personnal skills...

It is only plus since the start is determined by Blood Moon Frequency and range then adds to it.

The settings are:

Blood Moon Frequency (0, 1, 3, 7, 14, 30)

Blood Moon Range (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 10, 14, 20)

They are numeric options, so you could do others values.

Combined you can do stuff like every 1-2, 1-4, 1-8, 3-7, 3-13, 7-11 days.

Blood Moon will never be the same again :)

Ahhh I see. That's pretty slick. Kudos!

Hehehe yeah I unerstand that man. I stayed in my base more than I like to on survivalist hehe. I've barely touched my map lol! Still racked over 1,100 kills though,

So awesome!

Fataal, is there menu option to set the size of the random horde?
We don't have one and I don't want to consider that yet. More importantly, I noticed yesterday that some of their spawning was in weird places or failing altogether or quickly abandoning their path, so I need to look at again.

Good news ;) Is it planned to have options to, for example, make zombies very dangerous (player damages) but less resistant than in the insane mode? We had these settings before, and I liked that a lot.
+1 faatal

Zombie player damage: 25% 50% 100% 150% 200%

Player zombie damage: same

Please and Thank you :)

I've been wanting flat bridges for a while. We have 2 tasks for this improvement tagged as A17 must fix, but don't know when it will be addressed. I think there are issues with breaking saves. Maybe the new RWG can address this, since I know Kinyajuu is working on roads/bridges over water this week.
Thanks faatal, I've been wanting to see all three of these things fixed. Glad they are being addressed. :)

This is the setting I never asked for but won't be able to live without... Thanks a bunch!

Epic.

There are some cool settings coming to 17.2
Roland - since you have an inside track on this, can you tell us if any RWG fixes are coming to 17.2?

I've seen dev posts here and there that suggest it's a total overhaul, so I'm not expecting miracles, but even incremental fixes would be welcome.

Kinyajuu is putting the T-shirt funds to good use. ;)

RWG is one of the biggest projects in this game, it has lots of changes through the time and what we see is the process of developing it. Giving feedback for bugs is good, but complaining that it is broken doesn`t work in any way.

It needs it`s time. Hope you understand that it will take more time than we all want. Keep giving it a chance, keep giving feedback and eventually we will have what we all ..more of us want ;)

Don't worry, it was just a question, not a complaint. I understand that it will take time, especially since it seems like there are some pretty big changes.

Thanks for the link. It was indeed broken....I fixed it today ....
Nice to read.

So please understand me right when i ask again if there is a "Variable" that allow to change the lootabundance with a Buff or xml edit(per player).

The issue you solved allready and i am really happy,

but if there is a positive answer maybe its possible to realize something (a buff?) that change the lootabundance dependent on the playeractions. I would see there a few nice possibilitys. (Player that clean a poi (killcount of the last minutes ?) get more loot)

If not, as i said, its fine too.

(Its allways hard to say if silence mean no one read it or no one has a (positive) answer)

It is fine asking again, since we don't read everything.

Nothing that I know of changes it except the option.
