so I have a sprained leg and applied a splint and nothing changed.
Did you check if your leg is still there? Maybe it's not a sprained leg but a severed one?so I have a sprained leg and applied a splint and nothing changed.
I felt more invested in and found the last two horde nights far more intense than any of the main FO4 plot climaxes. Heck the dungeon POI's are almost as fun. Great work I'm having the most fun with this out of all the alphas. From one Bethesda fanboy to another thank you!
Unfortunately it does not change the percentage of zombies within the POIs as they still contain a LOT of zombies. I roughly kill around 20 zombies each POI and as a solo player and while its great for XP, its not so great that is all I can do, until I get killed when a zombie or vulture literally spawns behind or above me.You can turn down your difficulty and that might reduce the number of zeds and will make them easier to deal with.
3)re-add the center indicator for sneak, we have whole screen indicators for everything (heatstroke, damage, etc.) but sometimes I forget im sneaking or am distracted by zombies and have to look at the bottom left, maybe just add a subtle sneak vignette. Been caught in situations not realizing I crouched and it slows you down. I might look for a hold to crouch setting.A few things I think would help new players.
1) add another starter quest about crafting bandages and why it's important. (Bleeding and to regain max hp). Since this mechanic is not that intuitive it would help.
2)add a tutorial quest about involving/explaining key portions of the perk and/or encumbrance system. Tooltips and journals are nice but many players dont always read them (just like how alot of people dont read operations manuals). The incentive is the quest reward.
My bug is that I'm unable to return to work at the office. (Of course, I can live with this bug...for a while.)I got a bug... after playing THE ULTIMATE 7DAYS the player (me) gets stuck in a mad grin emote, andI have to work several hours at office to get the grin of the face.
I lowered the resolution. In spite of the GeForce recommendations (which I've never found helpful ever)Wait, what? higher fps with higher resolution?? What video card has this magic?
Well, since i modded it away i can enjoy the game and focus on encumbering about the flying terminators ^^Honestly, after buying a few perks and learning how food works, its not an issue. One stag can give you 35 meat, enough for several days, and boiled eggs are plentiful and a few will keep your stamina at 100%
I find its easier to learn how to play the game as intended than just mod it right out of the gate and not learn what they were thinking.
By day 3, I'm really having no significant stamina issues at all because we've learned how to manage it.
The whole point in participating in experimental is to learn the new systems, and give them feedback on how it plays out. If you nerf that right away modding it on day one, you really also can't give them legitimate feedback, and they can make changes so it plays better for everyone.
Of course, YMMV.
I think you have to purchase a perk to unlock the power attack for mining tools.Have a few questions on things I'm not sure are bugs or not so I didn't want to clutter the bug thread yet.
1. I can't seem to power attack with a Stone Axe. Is this intentional? I've heard you can power attack with other tools but I have not tried anything else yet.
2. I had a bandage on my tool bar but it I could not use it while bleeding out. I might have been stunned, not 100% sure. Does getting stunned prevent you from using your toolbar?
3. I got hit by a zombie and got a "incoming illness" or something similar debuff. It eventually turned into an infection icon then just went away. Is that a glitch or did I just make a good RNG roll and avoid sickness? Happened 3 times at least.
Thanks!

This is a VERY good troubleshooting technique that almost no one uses.Even better: Make a second account on your computer and install the game there. If you can play RWG there, it is very probable you have old data somewhere in your old account that makes problems
vsync is a killer on my machine on almost every game I play. I just turn it off by reflex now because it always destroys my FPS.It is. Probably further patches will help, maybe minimum specs will have to be adjusted, who knows. But the former takes time and the latter won't help you.
At the moment the best tip is really: Lower your resolution. If you make it fullscreen, you will not see any difference but the game will be much faster. I have a very low end machine, I went down to 1200x800 and fullscreen. The game looks bad because I also had to lower all graphics settings to minimum, but I don't really see any effect from the lowered resolution except more fps.
(Oh, I also turned off ingame voice chat because I don't use it. May or may not help. And others reported better results with vsnc off).
