I was slightly wounded most of the day. I had ways to heal up but it wasn't that bad. So I'm guessing that one has to be hurt badly.
But it might be better if you say: Don't get hurt, vultures can smell blood you know.
Yes, now that I think about it... wounds could make a smell that attracts vultures and predators. Maybe even other (certain) zombies...
