Yeah, it's not often I hit it, but that's because I stop gaming a few days, or stop watching streams, or take my phone off of wifi. We only have internet, so everything is streamed and my wife streams a few times a week, typically on weekends we stream together. So it gets close a few times and having unlimited would be nice. Sadly just don't make enough atm to pay for it.

I try to make it a goal to hit at least 1TB a month and im constantly streaming and hosting a server its not easy to hit. But I agree having unlimited internet so you dont have to worry is awesome.

If I can play alpha 17 tonight awesome if not well back to ravenhearst I go till its out or red dead 2. It's not like folks don't have other games to play till its out.

Lol, I was playing 7DtD a lot still when I didn't know when it would be out. Now that I do, it's hard for me to want to continue a game that I'll be forgoing real soon. Well, version of a game.

i work from home and I had a hard time, lol

Well, she streams netflix while doing other things, it adds up. HD streaming is about 3gb per hour, so if she streams that for say 10 hours a day (even if she only watches 3 hours), that alone is 30gb from her alone. Add me, etc. and it goes up. 30gb a day min, 30 days a month (for easier comparisons), so 900gb there alone. That then doesn't include me gaming, her streaming, phones being on it, etc.

But once you figure in that not all is HD, some SD, some days will be shorter, etc. etc., it comes out to be about 500gb alone that is used just for sound . So yeah, a lot of it can easily be cut out and made hard to hit, but ya know, I just hate limits, lol. And for how expensive Cox is, should just be built in unlimited, normal cost is already what most is for same speeds and paying extra for unlimited data, hehe

Depends on how optimistic you are. Early infos from Roland I think said something about 8pm and that number is probably from experience with previous releases. In reality it could be hours earlier and even days later.

Since several questions like this have been asked, I will post this in general for you guys (and ladies) to all benefit.

For those that don't know, you can view SteamDB statistics, and release information publicly at the following Link.

Note: This link is specific to 7Days, but you can just chop off the path and go directly to steamDB to look at other titles.

ProTip: This is also a good page to bookmark, because it will tell you the last commit that was made to the DEV chain. This would also be a good indicator if there's activity today, that you may be nearing a release. (for instance, if you are at work, and don't have access to your steam library to check and see if a new update is ready to download.)

e.g. the last commit to the test trunk was about 18hrs ago while the last update to experimental (what you have been watching on Twitch or YouTube) was about 2 days ago.

So, When and IF the public release branch, is updated from 2222519 (Current 16.4 public branch) to something other than that.

(e.g. something in the build range of the current Dev branch 3315982).. That's an indicator that things are going swimmingly for a release today.

I hope this helps some of the tweakers out there, Jones'n to get an idea on when it's going to be ready to DL.

I think any presentation would only get better if examples are provided through 7D2D gameplay.

Maybe you have to post this every page man. Make it in minutes btw, not hours. That way there's more of a counting down feeling ^^

I want to put that below any post I'm doing and post at least once per hour as a countdown. But I won't be online all evening. Minutes would suggest an accuracy that isn't there.
