There's a lot of haters on there. And funny that majority of them are people complaining about console when TFP doesn't even work on it, and yet everyone is taking it out on them. I feel bad for them.
But looking forward to having more objects to loot, never can have enough, lol
I mean the fun pimps are the only people to complain to so it’s not surprising. Tell tale is gone and iron galaxy is done with it as far as we know. All anyone knows is what the fun pimps said. And that is that they will work on all platforms that they can. Vague but all we got.

Speeding tickets?! Did you not get the reference? Even after I gave you who said it?!
Fear leads to anger

Anger leads to hate

Hate leads to suffering.....

Maybe I am just.....naw I am a geek. :) :p
Sorry, not a fan of the series. Didn't get the reference ^^

Yepp, thing is, they only work on PC, so technically they are already doing that since no one on TFP can port it on their own, lol. So that's all they can do, unless they get someone outside of TFP to do it, so it seems like going the extra mile to get it to as many as they can. And now, if Iron Galaxy is done, and no one else wants it, not like TFP can do anything about it short of hiring their own people. Now I can get behind that, but probably only once it's either Gold or actually a bit into Beta. They can't be having to worry about all the rest atm. I'd even say that if I was on console only, but I liked the game so much I got it for PC, too. Though I have 2 PC copies and 1 PS4 copy all for less than 1 normal price, lol.

Agreed I came from PS4 to pc and it’s tuff to go back.
Not that bad i have friends that dont have pc and inplay there just as much as i do on pc. Friends make the game better. And atm the console game is very playable and fun.

For me, it seems like console is more for couch gaming for me, PC is all the rest. Although, I've turned a room into an office with extra desks, just so when friends come over, we can set up their computers for LAN parties, lol.

It's cheaper to have a console than PC. Not only that, but you know the console will last 6+ years (basing on playstation typically having a new generation every 6 years) and that all games will work on the said console. To have a PC like that, would cost almost quadruple, if not more, to be able to play every game that comes out on PC smoothly without having to turn down graphics to low in that same time frame. And the fact many use it for streaming services. So a console is more efficient/cost effective for a typical family, hence larger market. Whereas to get a great computer takes a computer gamer/engineer/artist/etc that requires a better computer.

Now when I think of 7DtD and how intensive it is only a computer due to voxel based, it doesn't surprise me that some updates haven't been made for console cause I could see it overloading it. Once the new optimizations come out, I bet it'll be much more viable and efficient to start updating the console version again.

People dont seem to understand that. They think just as minecraft has xx 7d2d can have more and better things on console. They are vastly diffrent games. And all consoles are very limited. With sony looming at AMD for there next cpu. And that would want faster ram. So if they go there it would byfar run better they honestly they should go to a 8core 16 thread setup with at least 8 ro 12 gigs of ram and they will run so much better use the laptop verson gpu of there 1080ti space wise there is more then the room needed kooling will be the biggest thing but honestly it could be done very easy. And would run better then. Most pc's out there

Its actually cheaper to build a pc. Plus u can always upgrade. If u cant build , it will cost you maybe $100 more, but it be worth it.Also games r way cheaper and have more sales.Im no computer expert and other pc users can give better arguments, but this the basics of it.

You can't build a gaming PC for less than $400, it costs more than that for the GPU alone, one that will run great, especially with all the bit mining making prices soar over MSRP. And upgrading, yes, but most people don't want to care to upgrade a part here n there. Shoot, a lot of times I actually find it cheaper to have it built by a company than to build it myself. You keep a whole console for however many years, a PC needs to be upgraded at least once every 2 years if you want to stay maxed on everything. On a console, you just buy the next gen when it comes out many years later.

There is your misinterpretation... if you want to have the most state of the art gaming system yes you will spend money. Is it comparable to buying a new console every ~2 years? Well if you add it all together yeah it is...

You can also buy video cards in the $150 range that are quite good and can run most games on min or med quality.

I built my first gaming rig myself over 10 years ago and only built a new one 2 years ago after I couldn't get anymore out of my system.

The PC will always provide a superior experience because the hardware is standardized and open to the free market to compete for your money to fill those spots. On the other side consoles are designed to have a limited shelf life and are meant to mimic a pc like experience.

Unfortunately the price is the one major factor where consoles can sort of stand up, they are less expensive then staying at the top end of pc gaming constantly. Can you get value out of buying good hardware that isn't the most expensive? Definitely, but spend your money wisely, people who buy the top end of the hardware spectrum are doing 2 things, they are paying the most, and they are beta testing new hardware.

Does the new code handle occurrences like vehicles falling though the terrain/blocks?This can potentially happen with any (non perfect) game physics.

Handling in a way that the vehicle gets respawned on top of the terrain somehow, falling down to it. Or at some other safe place, like a previous position.
Yes, it has off world, so revert move and underground, so push to surface code.

Lol, this had to be faatal
