By the way Roland. I did like the way you were using that shovel when you were doing the video. Could be the best close combat weapon IMO.
Starting out, players can use stone shovels. While not as effective as an iron one, It still keeps the zombie away from you and you have a better chance at scoring a critical hit if you aim just below the head.
I tell people that becaues they less likely to miss the neck than the head which may be bobbing around.
But the idea is to hit the head.

All I can say is "Joel Huenink aka MadMole" Is an ICON to the 7DaysToDie Game. For the next posts I hope Joel and the so called "Owners" that are disclosed on here read this. "Preparing thoughts before I am banned from here".

I keep seeing the "post" the "owners" are not ready to release the new update. Has anyone on here Questioned who the Owners are? And if the Owners of 7DaysToDie are real, Where are they? Madmole from what I have understood for the past 2 years created this game from his brain, Hired on programmers, help, ect........ No one has Questioned "The Owners want to delay" the new release. Once I post this, Roland will come out with a remark that we all miss-read the messages for the past 6 months and give an excuse.. Roland - just to make it clear I am not ripping on you. So, I am asking the rest of the 7 Days To Die Community in this forum to demand "Who are the owners?, What do they want?, And understand the game 7DaysToDie is for the PLAYERS! (Not for a Corporate Gain) It is a game for players that love the concept - graphics suck - game play it horrible - Horde NIGHT is amazing -......... But Players want updates - honest ones - not dog and pony shows for your investors. The Players are what make this game real. So, ONCE again I ask the "OWNERS" to come out and talk to the players.

So why have they been using the phrase "The Owners" Don't want to release the new update. That is very misleading when everyone knows Madmole aka Joel - and his brother.. I have a very valid point here. This is a game that is worth "Multi-Million Dollars" is it not or is my math off? Everyone think of the number of this game sold so far. (You can look it up on steam) If I am right it is around 1.5 Million copies sold.

1.5 Million copies.. Let's say sold at $15.00 per game. That is $22,500,000.00 gross revenue. 22 Million for a very limited staff is a Great salary, at 10 people employed for around 100K a year the business is paying out 1 million a year. I just want the players and readers to understand that for the same money a blockbuster movie can be created. 5 Years for making this game, the funds are there - the players are there - but the updates and promises are broken. So - are the Fun Pimp staff on a salary, commission, performanced based or on the milking the cow/players for as long as they can. I hate to be the bad guy - breaking bad news. I would like to see a FINANCIAL STATEMENT released for 7DaysToDie before the game update is released. 7DaysToDie is a great game and an awesome concept - but when money is involved - the vision, integrity and loyalty is lost. As I stated before, "Why did they start saying THE OWNERS (Now we know of 2) wanted to delay the release of the game. I have never heard the phrase "The Fun Pimps" as a company wanted to delay the game update release. I look beyond the trash, dust and smoke. Follow the money trail my friends - reduced money flow = reduced productivity....... "I will enjoy my ban for speaking my mind". Paul

why would they post there revenue or say where all there earnings are going does EA uplay skyrim bioshock or any other game for that matter post there revenue from makeing the game and where it goes too hell no why pick on the pimps because you want your new toy now maybe ? if so hey i want mine too :smile-new:

Mr. they have to post them to the investors, not the players. All companies have to post a "Profit and Loss" Statement. Review the laws for private businesses.

I am not Evil, There are so many dedicated players here for this game. As players the company needs to be strait forward and stop delaying productivity of the game. Unless you understand the back office of contracts and the other garbage that happens back there, as players - Demand something. Is one year acceptable for an update for any software or game? Now ask yourself this, with the revenue they have generated they have the funds or have had the funds for the later. Joel is the only spoke person on you tube. "Why".... There are other people involved in the production of the game... Right? It is a great game, but I dont see how all of the money generated from players buying a copy and the company or "OWNERS" keep pushing back. If they show a financial statement to the players - maybe they have gone broke for other reasons and just wont say so. Ask Questions - There are other great games out there, this is not the only game on the planet.

i dont care what they do with there money they earned it they had a grate idea and made a lot of money form it good for them for you to come on here and ask to see there FINANCIAL statement is a joke this is game i love and as you said is a grate game i dont see why you would care at all what they do with there money it effects you in no way and as your looking for statements from the owners of said companey why come on here and post about it why not pm them ???
