its hardly a countdown without numbers. nothing has changed, we just get treated like childs. keep up the hype. thats all. btw more than a half year elapsed, so if u look at that A17 hpbar, u can imagine there is 1-2 months to fill up fully. still. hope never dies

That is why i asked if someone knew 1. when it started, and 2. does it decrease constantly (means for the script the end date is already set)

Only the red color is set. Time is impossible to be set on a fixed date, due to complexity of the game itself. Its worth it.

It says A17 HP. So it's a progress gauge. At the time the HP are at Max the A17 is fully progressed. So now it's at 3/4. For me that means the worst waiting is over. See you in April or so.^^

 
Now we'll have to see if the TFP raid can reduce A17's HP faster than those healing bug adds can restore it.

(kill the adds, dammit!)

 
This will be a good year gaming wise: New Battlefield, Possible new Diablo announcement, And Alpha 17 (possibly).

Wait... Battlefield will release late October, Diablo won't release until years after they announce it, and Alpha 17 might release very late in the year or possibly 2019 (if Bugmageddon happens).

Looks like the drought continues.

 
I want this game to be so Effing hard that only serious players can last.

It is obvious that vanilla can't help you there. You have to use mods and there are a few out there who already offer different degrees of difficult, did you try them out?

Also with new xml mod-powers implemented in A17 modders will surely find new ways to make your life miserable. Just not in vanilla, that's for certain.

 
there is 4 new games coming out that are going to be amazing

1.SCUM

2.Jaws of Extinction

3.Memories of Mars

4.OVERKILL's The Walking Dead

i wouldn't be surprised if you see any of those before Alpha 17

End date is surely not set. There are three possibilities:

1) Roland has access to a list of issues/features they want to have working before releasing A17, each red bar is one of those issues

2) Roland tries to sense or ask the team how far development is on occasion and just removes an appropriate amount of bars

3) Roland trolls us and just removes bars when he feels the forum is too silent and needs a little hype spike.

Are you a pessimist or paranoiac? Choice 3 is specially crafted for you :smile-new:

Didn`t know about the Diablo announcement, curious what it will be.

But there is other games coming that will be interesting. Like Far Cry 5, Biomutant, Vampyr, The Crew 2, The Last of Us Part 2, Days Gone, State of Decay. And i am sure a lot more if you just look at planned releases.

Granted those last 3 are zombie themed XD.

I can't imagine a Diablo 4 announcement in the next 5 years, but hey, Grim Dawn is 100 times better than all 3 Diablo Games combined anyway :)

Would water be considered to be covered or saturated with itself? If yes, how much water does it take? One molecule? Would one water molecule be "wet"?
