I wear headphones too for most games not just for the better quality sounds but because i'm in a party/3rd party chat app with friends.

Interestingly, I use headphones for the team speak and pipe the rest of the sound through the desk top speakers. I can generally hear both, but have control over and give priority to the other players.

Yeah i did that for a while until people complained they could hear feed back from the TV. So now i've found a happy medium between game volume and chat volume with the chat volume having slight priority unless i'm trying to sound whore in a FPS game :)

 
I debated so hard because I believe it is a superior design choice to NOT have an ever present indicator for anything. I also have selfish reasons for sure. :)

When food is scarce, almost everyone will focus on their hunger (and thirst sometimes). That's well documented. How close to being a better person (experience) is one of the last things you think of and I mean when you feel you're dying.

So having hunger on the screen is mirroring what you would really be thinking about. Realism IS the food (and thirst) bars.

Haha you too :) I am thankful for having not been thrown off the forum as of yet! Ok I will be nice this weekend. But ONLY this weekend. As long as no one gives me Cranberry Sauce. Then its back to being mad.

Cranberry sauce can be good but it has to be homemade from fresh cranberries. That stuff in the can is barf worthy. Happy Thanksgiving.

Screw headphones. Must be nice not to have families or other things that require you to listen out. Or people living with you that shouldn't have to tap you on the shoulder every single time they want to speak with you.
Is that the new gate? #speakergate? Lets just develop games around having to require the use of headphones now. Because real life be damned you are GAMING here.

Cranberry juice is what I use to "cleanse" for the 2nd half of a drinking night.

...when I remember.

The actual food? And especially the wobbly stuff in a can? Um, nope.

Tis' family day... whole family drops in on Thanksgiving to have a 7dtd lan party. Everybody celebrates holidays differently :)
