The way this game is coded based on 1M Cube for every part, the water won't really fit in basic core. To make real water they have to go out of that grid setting of Cube, which change things completely. So, I though I want it to be good looking, I don't really expect it anytime soon.
Water used to have a far better physics engine but it was nerfed because it could be used for griefing. A little part of me hopes somebody will take the time to write "Terraria" style water in the c# job system. It's unlikely but it would be a great addition to the game.

it would improve water if the just replaced a damaged/used water block with another water block. as it stands now it seems that water is replaced with an air block.

I had a castle in a lake in 16.4 , if a zombie died in the water as soon as it disappeared it left a hole in the water and that damn water rushing sound.

looking forward to the day they do look at improving water because it cant get any worse! they are going to have to do something if they are adding a raft or boats. imagine a boat destroying the water blocks as it goes through them...

Jogging V's walking.

I have noticed that there is a new movement setting for zombies. Called the jog setting, found under zombie movement. So far I haven't seen any difference in that or walking.

Just wondering if anyone else noticed that.

I've gone full Romero since zombie speed was introduced. I set ferals, hordes and nights to jog. Jogging does seem to be slightly faster than walking but not by much.

I hope the developers do not forget to translate the game into Spanish, at least the basic cases.
:) i never understood this wish for 7D2D. I am german and 90% of my Games and movies i watch/play in german if available.

But 7D2D has nearly no texts.

(Dont want to deny translations, i am really only amazed)

Two suggestions for the bicycle would be:
A mounted flashlight.

A basket (same as the minibike).

The multi phased missile launcher and the auto firing turret can come latter. ;)

Just kidding about the last two ideas.
If at all the minibike should change the Model as soon as you are encumbered

Are there any changes from b9 to 17.1 stable? We hurdy started a new game, and wasn't too know I'd restart its required.

My issue is lack of bones or glue/tape drops. If I could drive all week and do nothing but chop them round the clock, then I could fill my needs at level 99. Sadly I can spare 2 days, and half that is driving to an area I haven't strip mined clean. Hordes are just a horrible costly chore and I would skip them all right now if anyone else was playing on the server. Paper is pretty time consuming to farm and even 1 shotgun turret is clickin empty 2 minutes into horde. Hordes used to pay us with ammo, cloth, leather, bones, guns, etc. Sure we had a chore of cleanup, but it was loot and chop, loot and chop. Now, I've killed Thousands of zombies and I get 2 bags..2 a level 1 rifle and a level 2 pistol few rounds..Big whoop. A thousand rounds of ammo, gone and nothing to show but base damage. This isn't very much fun...Give me something in my garden I can make glue from. I'll plant an acre of it and have time to forage for brass, mine, and prepare for the increasing hostilities.
Here is the same answer that people gave me when i complained about the same things...ready.......you dont like change..you need to adjust to the game and are stuck in your old ways.

Regards

OUCH

That's what we do as well and the jog is most definitely faster than the walk.

It's more beautiful when the game is in your language, and the skills, missions and mods of weapons and tools, is in English, and I only ask the developers not to forget the translations in the languages they advertise in steam for example Spanish, because in South American countries English is almost nil in schools

They stated several times that once the game is closer to being finished that they will do translations. It makes no sense to do translations when the game changes content so frequently.

I love these new settings as well. Let's u cater the difficulty to your current ability. Since I'm still fairly inexperienced with A17, I like no running zombies except ferals and bloodmoon. (Solo play)

Just the right amount of challenge, especially at night (no gamma cheating here :p ) where your pretty much screwed during the early game if you fail to manage stealth when a wandering horde comes by.

The bicycle horn is a lot of fun.

I like blasting it at zombies and passing really close and slowly and see if they can get me and they don't.

I really like riding circles around them lol. They don't know which way to turn. I like that horn, it's really annoying but I wish that it had a better range. While it's fun to annoy zombies, they seem to react to sight alone and not hear it.

That sounds really weird and interesting - I have no idea how it would be possible. Do you have info, or a link to a discussion about it?
