If I had a dollar for every feature they've said they would add that they aren't actually adding I'd have enough to start my own Dev team :)

We as players can't help but get disappointed again and again after features that are anticipated get dropped and then we hear nothing again. Like somone light a fire under thier butss. Lets get the show on the road they don't want this to be the only and last game they work on in their lives.

Agreed, most of the community are whiny little b****es who complain when soemthing doesn't go as planned. Get over it, people. That's how life works. Like I said before, developing video game (especially with a small team like TFPs), is going to be difficult and time consuming. Sure, I think that they could speed some things up, but it's not going to be like Bethesda or Ubisoft.

Plus, they have families and friends as well. Everyone deserves a break from work.

Yeah, I blew a fuse. I just kinda get tired of the constant complaining of when the beta is coming.

Its not about disrespectfulnes, its in my point of view only about trying to nail the Devs to Statements they never made.

And more important the result of that on large scale (Less Communication)

 
MM did talk about the elevator, around the same time he talked about the drawbridge... And we got the drawbridge.

 
I know TFP's are busy and all but I would think that Madmole would at least drop in and say hi. After all, It is Halloween.

i think every Teleport system (except a bus stop alike system) kills this game

Even if the game has teleporting, I do not use it. It kills the immersion for me. It sucks playing on a server that has it because you travel far only to find an already scavenged city because people teleport there, then back to safety.

Now imagine if teleporting or some other kind of fast travel feature was a standard part of the game and the developers decided to remove it and make it only something that could be activated through modding or server admin controls like it is now. Can't you just hear the howls of "development by subtraction!" and "stop limiting me on how I like to play the game!" and "goodbye sandbox!" and "running simulator 2017!" that would ensue?

(I don't even have to imagine it. I can remember it when the suicide button and the static spawn points were removed....)

When something gets removed or changed in order to balance the gameplay the players addicted to those OP features will complain but it is always for the overall good of the game that they are removed or changed.

You guys know what I'm talking about and it ain't teleporting....
