PC Destroyed Forge

I am playing A20.2 and really loving the changes. Currently I am Lvl 37 and heavily invested in Strength and investing in Fortitude, taking only a few other 1st level perks. I have not taken any Intelligence perks yet. Playing a melee build and I am backing it up with Assault Weapons, and then I want to invest in Agility. I waited to loot the two traders I have access to, Rekt and Joel, until my loot stage was mid-30s so I had a good chance of finding schematics for the work stations. Between the two I have a Workbench and Chem Station but have yet to get a Cement Mixer.

My question is this

What POIs should I be looking for to loot a destroyed forge? My loot stage is pushing Teir 2, and if I don't find one soon I may just bite the bullet and invest the single point for it.

 
I can't recall seeing any forges in POIs off the top of my head (may have just forgotten about them to be honest). I would try to find more traders, and on their restock day drive around and see if any of them are selling the skill book or forge. Are you questing for the traders? Each time you get to the next tier of quests you can pick a special reward, I remember seeing some crafting stations as an option, can't remember if a forge was in one of them as I'd put points into Intellect, so chose other rewards.

 
Same...don't  recall very many forges outside of traders.  

Probably your best bet is to keep searching newspaper boxes and other sources of books (including traders as Fenris mentioned).

Still, mid to later game I start investing in INT  and the relevant perk to gain the massive bonus when forging steel so it wouldn't be a total loss if you go that route either.

 
I have gotten lucky and found the forge schematics inside destroyed forges before. They're definitely in there though I don't know about how rare/common they are. Hope this at least helps a little

 
Now that you mention it I haven't seen any around either.  Used to you could find them in different houses but I can't remember a single POI that I've seen one in besides the Trader bases.

That is what I am looking for, destroyed forges, so I can loot schematics. The two traders I have discovered don't have one.

Every trader has every crafting station.  It might be out of the way, underground, behind some doors, etc., but they all have forge/workbench/chemistry station/cement mixer/campfire.
