Dedicated Server won't update to 17.1

Running steam update from server control panel. Steam command shows up does the login and states that it updated the server but when trying to login getting message that the server is still on alpha 17.

Is there a way to manually update the server to alpha 17.1?

Sounds like you are renting from somewhere?

More detailed information would be needed. Most likely you need to contact your provider.

Correct. Since i cannot update via the steam command was inquiring if i can copy the files needed to the server via ftp instead? I did submit a ticket but no answer as of yet.

I just want to make sure i copy over the correct files to update to 17.1
