dedicated server Stats readout possible ?

Hi,

I am running 7dtd as a dedicated server under unraid.

Now I would like to show some stats in  my home assistant installation, like:

- Latency Time

- uptime

- players max

- players online

- status

- version

- error

- memory ?

etc.

any idea what the parameters should look and be named like ?
