Dedicated Server (1.0 experimental) won't launch?

Updated a brand new clean install of the 1.0 experimental branch for the dedicated server. OS is Windows Server 2019 Standard, Intel Xeon-based rack system, 64gb RAM, nVidia Quattro P2000 GPU.........

When trying to run the dedicated server for the first time, the process never really launches. Nothing is in task manager. No log seems to get generated.

Anyone else having issues?

I think I figured it out.

Apparently this was taken out for some reason from the config. Not quite sure why. Being able to configure where the Save files are stored is pretty important for server hosting...
 

EDIT #2:

Save files apparently now are controlled by the UserDataFolder option and placed in the specified folder under a Save subfolder. All good.

This information was in the Patch Notes, and also in the vanilla config file you downloaded with the server.

The fix for this was to use the correct server config file variables for V1.0. OP had old values from Alpha 21. 

If you use the config file that comes with V1.0, it isn't an issue.
