I'm looking to create a decorative grass block. Something that is flat and grassy looking. I don't want stuff to grow on it and i don't want the random elevation changes that you get with terrain blocks. Is it possible to make a building block and apply a terrain texture to it. A cube block that would line up well with other building blocks and give the appearance of nicely manicured grass. If anyone can help me out with this I haven't been able to find anyone who has done it.

Grassy Texture
No Growing
No Zombie Spawn
No Terrain Elevation Variation
My wife is a little OCD and would appreciate having a nicely manicured lawn on our base.
