Hi, I have 2 questions about the dm:

1) What is the shortcut / command to toggle freeze zombies ?

2) Once in dm, I have an uggly blue filled volume showing on the screen and "following" me (it is recalculated when I move). I am not sure what it represents, nor what key I initially pressed to make it appear, but do you know how I can remove it ?

1) It's numpad * for AI, numpad 0 for zed stats.

2) No idea of a moving one, a stationary one would be about making a selection in creative mode, that comes from z and is removed by backspace. Maybe you've keybound your movements to the same button, although then it would just grow in volume...
