I am running a server on pingperfict and I am not able to adjust the settings.. i have talked to support the they are also unable to fix the problem.  If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this prooblem please let me know....

Please use the correct section for your question next time. I moved it from "Mods" to "General Support".

If you just want to change settings you can access in the menue in SP, then the corresponding file on the server is called serverconfig.xml. If thats not what you are asking then you need to provide more information.

I think they are referring to the buffNearDeathTrauma which you can only modify in buffs.xml, you'll have to edit that which technically would be modding.
