death bug

some times when I die I can't spawn back in. and it makes it so all my hard works is gone like this time I died on day 12 and I finally got steel :miserable:

Please be careful of where you post in future as you posted this is the bug section for the console version of the game (not bugs in the command console which is where I think some player confusion comes from)

Moving to the PC support section as someone may be able to help you there.

"We" can't read the error given. You should also check the stickies in this thread but it sounds like its a file corruption problem you may have. But first what is the error given? Searching for that exact error and looking at the ones for 7D2D would give you clues too.
