My friends siad they have the D/L now but no link

Yes you have to do it everytime before joining a game. It's not foolproof but it has allowed us to be able to play since we do it. Glad it helped. I didn't file the bug because I'm probably going to be told I use too many mods and I don't want to waste another minute filing one.

There is another option ... whenever i have anyone get stuck... i simply kick them from the server using the kick "playername" from the console, which allows them to log right back in without problems. ... not the best way, but it is another option =)

EDIT: man i need to refresh the page after a day... sheesh

And launcher should be working too.

Now, huge FYI, there's a LOT of localization issues. I felt it was more important to get the mod updated and working for A18.2, then fix up the localization later (since fixing that wouldn't need a wipe or anything).

So I apologise for any missing perk descriptions and the like. :)

 
Just tried this mod for the first time, is there a link with documentation on how to install a dedicated server? I'm guessing the serverconfig.xml will have to be changed. I'm also not sure what to do about the world map. Just trying to find some instructions, thanks.

edit: found the link. Might want to add on the OP :) Great mod btw.

Launcher not working yet.

Updated main game, and done fresh install on to the new 18.2 version of the game. It took 2h40 minutes to revert it back to 18.1 again :(

EDIT: Deleted everything again, and did another fresh install, and this time it worked. So not sure what happened, but can confirm Launcher works just fine now. Game and Mod updated.

I just continued my 18.1 game mod build 3 game, after updating to 18.2 and new mod, and picked up no issues. I'll let you know if I run in to anything, but since there were no warnings in the startup sequence, I doubt there will be.

Hello my dears,

I have a concern for you. We are trying for a full hour, which goes with me the Mod Darness Falls on the 18.1. No matter what I do, as soon as I start the game on the launcher, the always on the 18.2. I've de / reinstalled the game, reinstalled the launcher, converted to the Alpha 18.1 on Steam, but nothing helps. Even my husband does not know how to continue. Because with him and a friend that is possible and they have changed nothing on Steam. So for the sake of the version. Do you have a solution for me / us?

Egal was ich mache, sobald ich das Game أ¼ber den Launcher starte, switcht der immer auf die 18.2. Ich hab das Spiel de/instelliert, den Launcher neu installiert, bei Steam auf die Alpha 18.1 umgestellt, aber nichts hilft. Selbst mein Mann weiأ? auch nicht mehr weiter. Only known issue i've seen going from 18.1 to 18.2 is tree's having 100hp instead of what they should have.

But that's happening in vanilla too.

 
Silly question: I am trying to force Steam and Launcher to get 18.2 b5 (I currently have 18.1 b8) but I cant for the life of me get it to update.

How?

 
First off, Thanks so much for this mod. It is amazing. With that being said, is there any more info how who watering crops works? I've placed water in the middle of my farm, which is a cross shape, and it water those fine. However when done with a square it waters 2 left 2 right 2 up 2 down but none diagonal.

Second, You need to make Clay bowls have a lower stack number. Currently I take a full stack of them and hit one tree and they are all full of water and/or sap. This doesn't feel right at all.
