Darkness Falls: They mostly come out at night...

Archery is getting looked at. I slightly increased the sneak damage of bows, increased the damage of steel and titanium arrows and reload speed for crossbows has been added to the archery action skill so you should be able to fire faster.

Also zombies are much more sensitive to noise now, so archery has that bonus due to being pretty quiet.

oh i see. ive killed a bunch of stalkers. i actually never got to see stalkers until i removed the "EnZombies" mod which was conflicting with DF spawns i guess.. thanks

 
Hello! I'm currently trying to start up a 7d2d server for myself and some friends but I cannot for the life of me get Darkness Falls to work right on my server. Every time I try to start it up and join I get the same error over and over again repeatedly. " ERR XML loader: Loading and parsing " failed Exception: Class BlockPlantGrowingWithWater, Harmony-0-DarknessFallsCore' not found on block cropsGrowingMaster! "  I've tried everything I can think of and I'm at a complete loss. Its been 3 hours... I hope someone here knows the fix! My server is running off of Gportal.

The difficult just adjust the strenght of the Z's not how many/big the horde's are (so far i know).

You need to reduce the heat much more.

Workstation that run all the day, you should put into a additonal base at another chunk.

When noone is at these base, no screamer will appear there anyway, you just need to pickup/reful 1-2 times the day.

are you installing the local client version like on your computer instead of the server version? i made that mistake at first

Something is installed incorrectly. Make sure the mod works in single player first. If it does, it's a bad server install. Your host might be blocking DLL uploads.

Thanks for the reply! It does work in single player. Should I find a different host for the server or do you know if there is something I can do within Gportal to make it work?

 
Talk to them and see if they can sort it for you. If they won't, then Logic Servers or BlueFang both work. Logic don't allow DLL uploads but have an installer for the mod. Bluefang do allow DLL uploads.

 
question. what would happen if you loaded a saved game from vanilla after installing DF? like would it load normally without error just new features or like or an error where it just wont work?

Have you tried installing DF through the Mods tab on gportal? I have a gportal server to test my stuff on, they seem decent. Never tried running DF on it, but it is under their Mods tab under Content. But if you do want to swap hosts, I would second Bluefang. Had them before and they are certainly one of the better ones.

 
Hello! I got the server working by messing with some Config files. Issue was the map config being set to incorrect name and size. fixed that and its fine now. :)  

I have a new issue though, on my server I cannot buy/sell from any of the Traders. I can buy from the GC but the trader just keeps me zoomed in at his face with no store opening. I saw someone mentioned this previously so I tried the solution given to them but it didn't work for me unfortunately. I tried restarting the server, logging in and out, killing him and letting him respawn, nothing is working. Any ideas?

 
Every recipe is also a book also is a skill to unlock but i can't seem to find steel club but sledge hammer is there. I want to use club this time but this pushes me to go sledgehammer.

no it just makes you hit harder etc. just sharing my love of clubs 😛

i just checked and it says you need to unlock salvaging operations(1pt) under Mechanic for steel club which is strange. though ive never made one. always found it
