Is there a way i can change the sound that the speaker makes, i would love to make it somrthing funny but i dont know where to change it at. Directions would be very helpful, thank you if you're able to do my request.

Unity to bundle your sounds into a .unity3d file, throw that in Mods like any other mod, then reference it in sounds.xml. If ANY of those steps is beyond your current capabilities, start with Xyth's video tutorials on modding, they'll get you through it all.
