Custom Donation Crates

I have been trying for hours to create custom blocks that work like the sealed containers that when broken turn into a crate that has all of the items for our servers specific donation package. I want it to look like a sealed shipping crate that breaks into block that looks like hidden stash that contains certain items i put in a custom loot table. I can get the game to make the custom sealed crate but when i break it, it disappears. I can also get the loot crate to show up in the creative menu but when i spawn it in , it is invisible with no collsion. Help please!

Here is the code as a modlet. You can pull it and place it into your files if you want. I would also suggest going over the item names in game because the shotgun and duster names were incorrect.
