Current high demand Pimp Dreams (Constant W.I.P)

If they ever introduce more animals have it where they could attack each other.
Also include environmental animals

Polar bears in snow biome

Vultures & rattlesnakes in desert biome

Mutated mole rats underground

Fish, sharks, kraken in water

Lions and elephants in plains

Use tusk from elephants for weapons
Snake is already in the works, I'm not sure if it is in game yet.

Sorry for my bad english.Playing 14.7 in lan in 4 people.

I only want to share:

BUG

1. When you die on a hill side if the slope is near to 90° you lost your backpack...ALWAYS. The terrain litterally eat it.

2. When you die SOMETHIMES if you chose "spawn near the bedroll" you spawn more or less at 2km.

3. drowning outside the water SOMETHIMES

SUGGESTION

I think theese can be easy to do

1. Hazmat complete is useless, create radioactive areas, maybe only a few prefabs, when it has a use.

2. Radiation can be decrease by vodka and you can craft it in a campfire with beaker from potatoes.

3. Robes, pants, shirts that you loot are useless, make cloth robes that you drop more powerfull than my crafted fiberplant robes or make craftable shirts, tanktop ecc

4. Improve color, you can color only fiber and cloth robes, with black (coal) white (nitro) blue (blueberry) red (crisantem) yellow (goldenrod), brown (coffe) maybe combination of this.

5. Eliminate minibike and create a bag for mission of looting

I agree with fishing / having a chance of retrieving arrows from a zombie
No.3 you can create better clothes than plant fiber and cloth, you just need to find the skill book to make them. As of A15 you can sell anything you don't want to a trader for coin to trade for something you do want.

Also, you can find higher grade loot by increasing the perk (scavenger joe or something like that.)

Pretty basic knowledge if you bother to read the descriptions and change logs.

Please add splitscreen as an option to play along with online so we can play with friends online and have our siblings/girlfriends etc. join in please 🙂

I would like to see the adding of a thirst and hunger bar above the stamina and health bar, along with a better system for temperature.

Going to the character screen to find out how hungry, thirsty or how hot, cold you are can be a bind, especially when it takes time to load in the visualisation of your character in their gear.

Not everyone uses degrees Fahrenheit and I am sure the figures are out.

My character has recently survived being at 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

How about more diffrent kinds of weapons, i mean spears and javelins would be nice for early on, to stab from range or even throw them. and maybe posioned arrows/bullets. for extra dps or paralysis

Some other suggestions

ok i will try to make a clear list cause i have a couple of things, sorry if i repeat some others idea ^^

Firsts things firsts

:Mining special ores like copper for electrical components. Gems that we can sell to the settlements

:In the end game. We have probably everything we need, and looting is probably becoming useless, why not creating some very important items to force us to go loot in cities ?

:The bike is a very hard thing to see on the map, it could be nice if we can see it on the compass and the map as well.

:The bike also need some better controls, going down a hill is like jumping every little pixel. It could be nice if the bike could follow the land properly for better control.

:In the end game, once we have a good big well defended base it could be nice if in some cities(or all of them) they could have an increased zombie spawn and/or some kind of a nest. It would make the looting more stressful.

:it could be nice to also make asphalt to make good quality roads for our bikes

:A higher level of item quality could also be nice cause the purple ones even at 600 get damaged pretty quickly.

: One problem to solve would be the sounds. Even in a bunker 100 feet underground we can hear zombies through the rock and even concrete blocks.

:It could be nice if we could make rafts and do some fishing

:mining wagon and rails could also be very useful when mining

:concerning the concrete blocks. The 1/2 block cost the same amount of concrete to make than a full block is that intended?

:When putting some fences to a flat surface, it fits well, but when it comes to put them in an angle they stay straight and floats.

It's pretty much everything i have in mind right now and thanks for your great work guys the game is getting better and better each patch.

Additional Dreaming

For starters, this thread is going on Five pages, I really think it should be condensed into a new thread with all of the ideas here in the first post.

As we can agree, electricity would be fantastic. I was thinking since there are mechanical parts, electrical parts, and whatnot already in the game. perhaps we could incorporate a gas powered generator with a switch. Ideally allowing users to have floodlights that turn on and off on demand.

Perhaps multiple, or different sized generators putting out larger amounts of electricity.

There could be an additional skill for mechanics allowing better fuel economy or power output. And we could have electric based items. Examples being a radio, electrified blocks, improving the draw bridge, and maybe having the workbench have improvements while connected to an active generator.

The removal of grass has been a major talking point...sadly...amongst my friends and I. We figured an add on to the minibike. Swap out a basket for a lawn mower attachment of some kind.

And signs cannot come soon enough, same as fishing and drawbridges.

Buy sleep area at trader "but costly as hell!"

Remove stone resipe as its just plain dumb, as we can't do it in RL thats why we have concrete !

Fix dog spawn, get 2 dogs at day 15 isn't fun, not just spawned they where like cruise missiles onto me with plant fiber clothes ! + no meat on me !

Sugjestion make work bench a bit more tricky, like the furnace, like add vice. tools, 3rd you have to make up ;P

Also Steel sould be Iron+coal+clay !

As for electrisity, i hope you make the switch and such contain glass or ceramic as no other compound would match the game, then glass would be also obtained by wrench on power pole top.

Lawn Mower/ Weed Whacker?!?

We have things like chainsaws for wood, augers for stone/metals. But we dont have a weed whacker, lawn mower, or even a Sickle! A sickle could be used to generate 4 plant fiber from grass instead of the normal 2 from punching? just a thought.

*Signs and Notes

- Ability to write messages on a plank of Wood or on paper, etc. (Example: Pen and Paper Style, Carved in Wood, Spray Paint)

*Draw bridges

- Draw bridges, next to fishing, seems to be one the greatest ideas players seem to think would be beneficial to the game.

*Alarms

- The ability to sound an alarm if somebody enters an area provided by the gamer (Example: Pressure Plate or Trip Wires)

*Functioning garage doors

- Garage Doors that open and close like normal doors.
Guess these could be removed. Also wondering if this list is actively updated by TFP?

I'd like to see 2 things:

1) Flintlock pistols and musket rifles to use as precursors to train their respective weapon types, like the blunderbuss/shotguns

2) Brass knuckles, since the model for them is already in game as a knuckle guard for the machete, and it would be quick and easy to edit and implement, given that it's a blunt weapon and would give us something else to do with brass.

All of those future updates sound awesome, and the game as it is now is great, but I really hope that the Devs create stationary/fixed weapons. A turret would be a prime example but personally I would love to see a cannon put into the works. The blunderbuss is the only blackpowder weapon in the game and I always loved the suspense of the long reload followed by an inaccurate BOOM that's heard in every corner of the town I'm investigating and I think that implementing a cannon for on a horde night would make it a fun defensive weapon.

PS: New to the forums so if I am speaking out of context or in the wrong thread, I apologize. :)

Engineering skill set

Engineering spec should be added so we can craft large engines by finding engine blocks pistons and so on and so forth. That way we can craft planes, dirt bikes, and other means for crafting (such as casting stations for the forges to allow you to make swords, milling stations so you can hone broken engine parts) and even metal lathes so you can make Pistons. And super high level engineers get to use a CNC machine. But honestly I really want a plane in 7 days that would be the ultimate transportation like a little Cessna.

Likes dislikes and improvements

Hey, I've been a fan of this game for 2 years now(1414 hours of playtime thus far) and enjoy all the updates. I like the idea of the new massive zombie. I think it would be interesting if he could grab items(boulders, cars ect and throw them). With the resurrecting zombie I think its great if you add the new ways to kill zombies as already mentioned in alpha 16. I enjoyed the spider zombie as it forces the player to secure building tops. I think the opposite would be great as well. Zombie that could dig. Again forcing the player to rethink building strategies. I'm very glad that you continue to develop the game unlike many many other alpha survival games. If players level up and become harder to kill you could also have zombies that do the same? The longer they are around the more xp they aquire and the harder they are to kill. Another comment i read and one that is very common among hard core gamers especially survival games is the degree of difficulty and being able to set that to hardcore glad to here your adding the die once and your dead mode. Another option would be to limit food and water as a separate category again forcing the player out in to the environment or farming. An addition to this is food going bad. It kinds sucks we can farm forever and never worry about food/water this would add another element to survival aspect. Crops that are not watered or die off because of weather or you need to fertilize to grow? I have played about 14 or so true survival games out there many of the new ones and this one is the best so far. Ark has some great elements as well, however you have captured the single player mode better. The idea of bandits I realize is far off however this would again compliment the game in that after awhile in mid to late game we get bored because we have all the ♥♥♥♥ we need and it needs to be taken or destroyed to add that mid to late game challenge. The trading post is could be added to by having dogs around it to increase the difficulty. Another option would be a traveling trader?? Another aspect with the bandits would be bandit camps you could raid with bandits who of course could shoot back.

Trees grow back too fast providing too many resources. You need a decay system where things are not so permanent with food, crops, water ect... Ark incorporates this well. I know this isn't ark, just thinking of the stuff i like in other survival games. zombie vulture- great!

Anyway, a few suggestions that may be helpful. Keep up the great work and please don't stop improving the game I and others have enjoyed each update. Looking to add to my 1400+ hours played. Hope the dev team had some great holidays! Looking forward to alpha 16!!!

End Game please

im really happy about the various zombies, but some point, when u have everything purple quality and a base, there is nothing to do anymore. (just building)

i hope you guys will add some endgame stuff soon :)

Resource filtering mechanic

I'd like to see a filtering mechanic, so when a player loots he or she can choose to exclude certain items, such as dirt, when digging. Thoughts?
