Crossplay PC/PS v1.2 stable

Hey I'm trying to connect to my friend, I've also tried having him connect to me but we can't find the hosted game. I can see other ppl with console and he can see others with PC.

Any ideas why it isn't working? We followed the steps; for PC turn on EAC & crossplay, region is synced up too. 

 
Apparently you have to search for your gamer tag "your steam tag name" in the search because it doesn't show up automatically in the server list. If you have any edits to xml files or mods running on pc it will not show up in the list at all...So make sure your running strictly vanilla settings.

thx, this was a failure in communication for TFP tbh

 
yes, its not very intuitive on how this crossplay system works. I see many people confused on how to connect with their friends. Its a big mess....
