PC Cripple em mod for your 9mm or full auto?

I didn't even know anyone ever used the full auto mod... seems like a blatant waste of ammo and mod spot. Hell, I even use the semi auto mod for my assault rifles.

 
I sold my assault rifle to buy motorcycle handlebars, lol. 

I am worried about wasting ammo but wouldn't this be more or less an SMG?

 
SMG with less ammo capacity, sure... and I don't even remember the last time I used an SMG. I've never been into spraying and praying. I just go from unskilled handgun to skilled assault and usually ignore all other firearms. I have on occasion used the shotgun though, but I don't much care for that either.

 
Forget the ammo capacity, it doesn't have the speed to be an SMG replacement. The full auto mod only adds like 15% rate of fire or something, so it's a barely noticeable difference.

That said, you'll still be using it like it's semi auto regardless and the Cripple Em mod is kinda useless, so I guess full auto is the better option between the two.
