Crashing

I have uninstalled and re installed.  I have even uninstalled steam and re installed.  Since 19.4 my game crashes with no errors.  The game just shuts off.  I can not even start a new game.  After introductory quests are done around that time the game crashes.  I have never had issues before with over 1619 hours played.  I am getting frustrated.
