Crashing when joining friend's game

EVERY time I try to join a friend's game on Alpha 21 I get error codes and it disconnects me!!! This is VERY frustrating! And they get the same thing trying to join my game! How do we fix this? Can Fun Pimps pleaseeeee address this!! As it is killing the joy of the game for me slowly!! Sort it out!!

This could very well a problem on your end since tens of thousands of players have no issues connecting to servers. Read in this pinned thread how to find you log files and how to post a copy of that log using pastebin.com. The answer to your problem will be found there. Without seeing your log no one, including the fun pimps can fix the problem. If it turns out being an actual bug, you can report it directly to them in the bug reports section. However, no log no help.
