PS Crashed in game (now won’t load) ps5

Anyone else experiencing this? Flying my chopper and out of the blue everything froze. Just floating there in the sky. So I hard reset my console and now my save won’t reload. Just spins on “Building environment”…

Normally I’d restart no biggie but ■■■■ I’m day 115 and like 300 hours into this playthrough. Not sure I have it in me to start over from scratch again. Is this the sign I’ve needed to move onto something else (OW2?)
 
Sometimes bad crashes will corrupt the save. Not sure if that's what happened though. Power down your console and unplug it for about 15-20 minutes. Can go longer if you want to. Plug it back in and see if you can play your save again.
